How to permanently delete your SP Group account and the personal data held with it.
Effective 10 August 2026
Request deletion
No account or app needed. We reply to the email you give us.
FIN, employee code, username or email *
Email address we can reply to *
Your full name (optional)
Reason (optional)
Submitting does not delete anything immediately — we verify the request first so that nobody can delete someone else's account. If you can still sign in, the fastest route is Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete my account.
Which app this applies to
This page applies to the SP Group application (iOS bundle com.spgroup.attendance, Android package com.spgroup.fullerp), published by S&P Group of Companies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202445619R), 2 Venture Drive, #14-22, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526.
Option 1 — delete from inside the app
This is the fastest route and needs no email.
•
Sign in to the app.
•
Open the profile menu at the top right.
•
Choose "Privacy & Data", then "Delete my account".
•
Read the summary of what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password.
•
Your account is disabled immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Option 2 — request deletion from this page
If you cannot sign in, or you no longer have the app installed, use the form below. You do not need an account to submit it.
We verify the request against the identity details you provide before acting on it — this protects you from someone else deleting your account. If we cannot verify it, we will contact you at the email address you give us rather than delete the wrong record.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of a verified request we permanently erase:
•
Your login account: username, password hash, security questions, and all active sessions and refresh tokens.
•
Your profile and contact details: email, phone number, address, photograph, and emergency contact.
•
All location data: every GPS coordinate recorded with an attendance punch, every geofence crossing, and every movement path — subject only to the attendance records noted below.
•
Your device identifiers and any attendance fraud-detection signals tied to them.
•
Notification tokens and in-app preferences.
•
Any support enquiry or job application you submitted.
What we must keep, and for how long
Some records cannot be deleted on request because Singapore law requires an employer to keep them. We keep only these, restrict them to the staff who need them for that legal purpose, and delete them automatically as soon as the period ends. They are never used for any other purpose.
Employment records — name, employee number, job title, dates of employment, hours worked, leave taken
1 year after employment ends (Employment Act 1968, s.95 and the Employment (Employment Records, Key Employment Terms and Pay Slips) Regulations).
Payroll and salary records, including itemised pay slips
5 years (Income Tax Act 1947 record-keeping requirements; IRAS guidance).
CPF contribution records
5 years (Central Provident Fund Act 1953).
Work pass and immigration records
For the validity of the pass and for as long afterwards as the Ministry of Manpower requires (Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990).
Attendance totals underlying a pay slip — dates and hours only, with all location data stripped
Kept with the payroll record above, then deleted.
Financial transaction records where a loan or advance is outstanding
Until settled, then 5 years.
How long the whole process takes
•
Immediately: the account is disabled and can no longer sign in anywhere.
•
Within 3 business days: we acknowledge the request and tell you if we need anything to verify it.
•
Within 30 days: all deletable data is permanently erased, and we email you confirmation.
•
Afterwards: only the statutory records above remain, and each is deleted automatically when its period expires.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are still employed, deleting your account removes your access to attendance, pay slips and leave — your employer will need to issue you a new account to restore it. Download any pay slips you want to keep before you proceed.
Deleting your app account does not end your employment and does not remove records your employer is separately obliged to hold.
Need help?
