This policy explains what S&P Group of Companies Pte. Ltd. stores on your device when you use the SP Group website or mobile application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
On the web we use browser cookies and local storage. In the mobile app there are no cookies — the equivalent data is held in the operating system's app-private storage, which other apps cannot read and which is removed when you uninstall the app.
2. What we store
Session and refresh tokens
Keeps you signed in between screens and app launches, so you do not re-enter your password on every action. Strictly necessary. Cleared when you sign out; the session token expires on its own.
Cookie consent record
Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every visit. Strictly necessary. Kept 12 months.
Device identifier
A stable per-device value used to detect attendance fraud, as described in the Privacy Policy. Strictly necessary for that feature. Kept while the app is installed.
Offline attendance queue
Holds punches made with no network so they are not lost, and replays them when you reconnect. Strictly necessary. Each entry is removed once it syncs; unsynced entries are kept up to 30 days.
Interface preferences
Theme, language, and the last module you opened. Functional. Kept until you clear them or uninstall.
3. What we do not use
We use no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, no social-media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share any of this data with advertisers, and nothing stored on your device is used to build an advertising profile.
The one third-party request the public website makes is to Google Fonts, to load the typefaces the page is set in. It sets no cookie and is used for nothing else. If you would rather it did not happen, blocking it will change only how the page looks.
4. Your choices

Web: you can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly-necessary items will sign you out and prevent the app from keeping you signed in.

Mobile: uninstalling the app removes everything it has stored. Signing out clears your session and any queued attendance data.

You can withdraw consent for optional features, including automatic site check-in, at any time in the app.
