S&P Construction Engineering Services is the Group’s principal construction company — a specialist subcontractor providing structural, civil and general building works, and the temporary deployment of skilled site labour to main contractors across Singapore.
Clients engage S&P Construction for two reasons: crews that arrive trained and safety-inducted through the Group’s own pipeline, and a management system independently certified to ISO 45001:2018 — audited annually, renewed through 2029.
Main contractors don’t have a labour problem — they have a reliability problem. Crews that don’t show, workers who aren’t inducted, subcontractors who can’t scale when the programme accelerates.
